Planning for a crowd at home
Family gatherings tend to grow. A guest list of 30 becomes 50, and the backyard or basement has to stretch. Renting tables, chairs and a tent is often simpler than borrowing from relatives and returning everything afterwards.
A canopy tent gives shade in summer and cover if the weather turns. Chafing dishes keep food warm through a long meal so the last plates are as good as the first. Plates, glasses and cutlery mean less washing up at the end of the night.
Tell us your guest count, where you are hosting and whether the meal is a buffet or served at the table. We will suggest quantities and send a clear quote.

How many tables and chairs do I need?
A 6 ft rectangular table usually seats 6 to 8 adults. Share your guest count and whether you want everyone seated at once, and we will suggest a number.
Can you set up the tent in my backyard?
Yes. Setup is available with delivery. Let us know about the ground surface and space when you request a quote.
Do dishes need to be washed before return?
Some items may need to be cleaned before return. We will tell you at delivery or pickup which ones.
