Rental Agreement

By placing a reservation, you enter into a binding rental agreement and agree to follow all terms stated at the time of booking. Rental items remain the property of K's Royal Party Rental and must be returned in the same condition as received.

Payment terms

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due on or before delivery or pickup of your rental items.
• Payments are non-refundable except under the cancellation policy below.

Example: if your rental total is $100, you pay $30 at booking (non-refundable deposit) and $70 at delivery or pickup.

Cancellations

• Cancelling within 7 days of delivery: a fee of 30% applies.
• Cancelling within 24 hours of delivery: a fee of 100% applies.

Refundable security deposit

• Depending on the items rented, a refundable security deposit may be required to cover possible damage, loss, or excessive cleaning. We tell you the amount in your quote.
• If all items are returned in good condition, the deposit is fully refunded after inspection.
• If damage, loss, or excessive cleaning is required, a portion or all of the deposit may be retained to cover costs.

Example: if your rental cost is $100 and the security deposit is $200, you pay $30 at booking, then $70 plus the $200 security deposit at delivery or pickup. Return the items in good condition and the $200 deposit is refunded after inspection. If items are damaged, missing, or excessively dirty, charges are deducted accordingly.

Condition of items and your responsibilities

• All rental items are to be returned in good working condition.
• Some items may need to be cleaned before return. You will be told about this at pickup or delivery.
• You are responsible for returning items in the same condition as received.
• Excessive dirt, stains, or damage may result in additional fees deducted from the security deposit.
• Missing or irreparable items will be charged at full replacement value.
• Rental items must be used for their intended purpose.

Liability

• K's Royal Party Rental is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur from the use of rental items.
• Customers assume full responsibility for the safety and proper use of all rented items.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all rental items are used safely and appropriately.
