Delivery, setup and serving
Rent the items on their own and pick them up, or have us deliver, set up and even serve. You choose how much help you want, and every cost is in your quote before you book.
What we can do for you
Delivery
We bring your rentals to your home or venue in the Greater Toronto Area. The delivery cost depends on the distance, and we include it in your quote before you book.
Setup
Ask us to set up tents, backdrops, tables and machines so they are ready when guests arrive. Tell us your start time and we plan around it.
Pickup and return
Prefer to collect the items yourself? Choose pickup when you request a quote. Either way, we confirm the return details when you book.
Serving attendant
Book an attendant to run a popcorn, cotton candy or snow cone station so you can stay with your guests. Attendants start at $50 an hour.
How delivery is priced
We are based in Brampton and deliver across the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga and Brampton.
Delivery cost depends on the distance to your event. We work it out from the address you give us and include it in your quote, so you see the full total before you pay a deposit.
If you would rather collect the items yourself, choose pickup in your request. The rental price stays the same.
How booking works

Send your request
Tell us the date, location and items you want. We check availability and reply with a clear quote, including delivery if you need it.

Pay a 30% deposit to book
A 30% non-refundable deposit holds your items and date. On a $100 rental, that is $30 at booking.

Pay the balance at delivery or pickup
The remaining balance is due on or before delivery or pickup. Some items also need a refundable security deposit, which we tell you about up front.

Return items in good condition
After your event we check the items. If everything comes back in good condition, the security deposit is refunded in full.

How are your prices charged?
Prices on this site are per item, per day, in Canadian dollars. Delivery, setup and any attendant time are added to your quote so you see the full total before you book.

Some items need a refundable security deposit. It covers damage, loss or heavy cleaning, and it is refunded in full after we inspect the items and find them in good condition.
