Most events need the same few things: somewhere to sit, a table to put things on, a spot for photos and enough light to see it all. Buying those for one day costs more than most people expect, and then they need storing.
Rent what you are short on and leave the rest. Tables and chairs have their own daily price, and so do linens, backdrops and lighting, so the quote only includes what you use.
Tell us your date, guest count and where you are hosting. We confirm what is available, suggest quantities and send one clear quote with delivery and setup if you want them.

Delivery
We bring your rentals to your home or venue in the Greater Toronto Area. The delivery cost depends on the distance, and we include it in your quote before you book.
Setup
Ask us to set up tents, backdrops, tables and machines so they are ready when guests arrive. Tell us your start time and we plan around it.
Serving attendant
Book an attendant to run a popcorn, cotton candy or snow cone station so you can stay with your guests. Attendants start at $50 an hour.

Can I rent just a few items?
Yes. There is no minimum package. You choose the items, and each one is priced per day.
Do you set the equipment up?
Yes. Setup is available with delivery. Tell us your start time and the space you have, and we plan around it.
How do I work out how many tables and chairs I need?
A 6 ft rectangular table usually seats 6 to 8 adults. Send your guest count and whether everyone sits at once, and we suggest a number.
