3. Rental Policies

Rentals are governed by our Rental Agreement, which you accept when you place a reservation. In summary:

• Rental Agreement: By placing a reservation, you enter into a binding rental agreement and agree to follow all terms stated at the time of booking. Rental items remain the property of K's Royal Party Rental and must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Payment: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before delivery or pickup. Payments are non-refundable except under the cancellation policy.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required, depending on the items rented, to cover possible damage, loss, or excessive cleaning. It is refunded in full after inspection if all items are returned in good condition.
• Condition of Items: All rental items are delivered clean and in good working condition. You are responsible for ensuring items are returned in the same condition.
• Damage and Loss: You are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during the rental period. Missing or irreparable items will be charged at full replacement value.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation terms are set out in the Rental Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of K's Royal Party Rental.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

5. Limitations of Liability

• We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by the use of our rental items.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding our website, services, or rental items.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the rental.
