What a birthday setup usually needs
Most birthday parties come down to three things: a spot for photos, food and treats, and somewhere for guests to sit. You do not need everything on this page. Start with the part that matters most to you and build from there.
For kids' parties, a popcorn or cotton candy machine gives guests something to do as well as something to eat. For milestone birthdays, an arch or flower wall with a cake table in front is a simple way to make one corner of the room feel finished.
If you are hosting at home, tell us about your space when you ask for a quote. We can suggest what will fit in a backyard or basement, and plan delivery around your start time.

How far ahead should I book for a birthday party?
We have a limited number of each item, so it helps to send your request as soon as you know your date. We confirm availability before you pay anything.
Can someone run the cotton candy or popcorn machine?
Yes. A serving attendant can run the station so you can stay with your guests. Attendants start at $50 an hour.
Do you deliver to homes as well as venues?
Yes. We deliver to homes, halls and parks across the GTA. Delivery cost depends on distance and is included in your quote.
